Since founding RGB in 2002, Bobby has built the firm from a traditional landscape installation company to a full-service design, installation, and maintenance business. His vision and passion developed from a young age as he grew up around his family’s Palo Alto-based landscape supply business, ‘Ciardella’s Garden Supply.’

Growing up on the Peninsula, he developed a love for the outdoors and an appreciation for all the facets involved in creating a successful landscape. He attended Cal Poly in preparation for his chosen career and holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Horticulture Science.

Bobby is a California licensed landscape contractor and is responsible for the overall operations of the firm, including project management and client satisfaction. The firm’s reputation has been built on his high standards, attention to detail, and his exemplary level of customer service.
